The Vision
Our Vision
Our vision reflects the heart of God, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Scripture teaches that every soul belongs to Him, and that no one is beyond His care, regardless of their past or where they have come from. Because every person who draws breath bears this worth, we are called to love them.
Our purpose is to encourage all who profess the name of Jesus to open their hearts to the less fortunate, the needy, and the troubled. We believe that how we treat and serve those in need is a mark of genuine faith.
Jesus taught that anyone can love those who love them in return. His true followers are called to a higher standard: to love those who have not earned it, and to continue loving even those who are unkind or hurtful toward them. We seek to live this out with wisdom, within our hearts, our communities, and our churches.
It is our hope and prayer that our community and local churches will welcome troubled youth, those who are incarcerated, and those struggling with addiction of any kind, whether to drugs, alcohol, or food. Together, we can bring healing and hope to people who have had little opportunity in life, and who now, through the Lord’s blessings, have a choice.
